Orders are generally shipped out within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail with tracking and signature confirmation required.

 

If you prefer delivery by USPS (United States Postal Service) shipping Without A Signature Required At Delivery. You Accept All Responsibility Of The Security Of The Delivery Location That You Have Stipulated. And The Postal Service Is Authorized By You To Leave Your Package At Your Door Without A Signature! Also this can only be sent to your billing address.

All orders sent to a address different than the billing address will have to be signed for. Please mark corresponding box during checkout. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior written authorization.

Any unused product may be returned within 10 days for an exchange, or a full refund for the cost of the product (if we have sent you a wrong item, the item was damaged or defective). If your order qualified for free shipping and you want to return a product not included in the above ( ... ), you will be refunded the cost of the product minus the actual shipping charges that occurred.

We will refund the original shipping charges only if we have sent you a wrong item, the item was damaged or defective, and that if it is the only item you have ordered.

The amount to be refunded will always be credited to the card which has been originally charged.

If a claim is necessary, H-e-a-t Inc will furnish proof of shipment to the purchaser, but claims are to be filed with the carrier.
